Worst possible problem - got this beautiful Breitling for Bentley G04 in 18k Red Gold with Croc Strap, Silver Storm Dial and Crystal Top and Bottom... it doesn't F*#*## fit. #fatass.

I'm throwing this in my sock drawer and looking for something that will fit. I'm so frustrated, it was a gift so... w/e.

Yah - well they spent 32k on it, the strap is probably 1500 bucks. I'm not the guy that spends 1500 bucks on a strap. I have family that are into that kind of thing. Watch is nice, but it weighs like half a pound and I don't know...

I am sure with that kind of investment an AD would be happy to swap the strap for you - it is brand new after all. And new croc straps are around $500, not $1,500.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

Thanks, I just called the AD near my home and spoke with a woman about my issue. She indicated that even though the watch strap was brand new, she had never heard of anyone "trading" it in for a different one there and said she could find out how much it would cost me.

Good to know that the strap is $500. The only price I could find online was one for a 20mm Red Gold Tang Buckle which was $1025 and had another part that went with it for $550. The part was obviously the strap. Unfortunately the site was not written in a language I could speak so I was going by the picture (same pic for both). I made the assumption I would need both pieces.

Nice gift. I'm lucky if I get a card for my birthday.

That really is the worst possible problem. A $32,075 USD watch having to be thrown into your sock drawer. Tears are welling up in my eyes right now...
