No reference number but based on serial number wonder if it predates use of ref numbers? I'm no expert but it looks ok to me...

as far as documented, no Venus 170 model was branded Premier; case and pusher form does not correspond to the model references 176 or 178. dislike.

Agreed. The serial number font also doesn't look like any that Breitling used.
