 Post subject: E1 Transmitter question

Since the E2's came out with the dual transmitter and different frequency, would it be technically feasible for breitling to update the E1's to the new frequency like th E2's?

I feel like since the dual transmitter and new frequency is all around "better"... It's kind of a shot in the gut for the already E1 owners who bought this watch for professional use.

I highly doubt it - there's a reason why the new one is so big.

That's not going to happen. Buy yourself a PLB, it will outperform the E2 (because it also transmits your GPS position) and is only 280 USD.
