Candidate # 1 Rolex GMT

Candidate # 2 Zenith Stratos Flyback Striking 10

Candidate # 3 Panerai 243

As of right now I feel the Rolex & the Zenith are neck & neck: I like the Rolex iconic image, yet not crazy they are a dime a dozen in the wild more or less at least here in NYC. I like Zenith's look, it's different than anything I own, plus I like the little marvel of the Striking 10 feature, with an iconic movement. I also like that the Zenith will draw less attention to oneself out & about - like riding the subway, although I rarely ride it. Yet I also like the price of the Rolex better lol - its not cheaper, just more economical. And last but certainly not least I am also smitten by the Panerai 243. :geek: :geek: :geek: Furthermore, I wonder if the Zenith could be had in the secondary market, in other words is it over priced new??? And are their any issues with the Zenith Stratos Flyback Striking 10? :geekfuman: :geekfuman: :geekfuman:

Thank You In Advance!

Best Regards,
Enezdez

I'd get the Rolex of those 3.

Paneri 243. I agree with you in regards to the Rolex being a dime a dozen. Everyone thinks luxury watch they think Rolex. Or they think it is fake. The paneri is different and a sharp looker IMHO.

Very different looks here. The Zenith is a dressier piece on a strap, the Panerai is a sport watch all the way, and the Rolex is somewhere inbetween. I dont know that much about the strking 10th feature, but its a nice looking piece, with the best movement-- and the worst resale. If you're a big watch guy, and based on your tagline you are, of course the Panerai is appealing. PanerIs are interesting watches, I owned one, and wouldn't mind having one again. I know Rolexes are everywhere, but there's a reason. They are so versatile, go with anything, and if It's the pre-ceramic model, I really like the GMT. If you dont like it, re-sell it and you can hold your own. You sound like the ones that excite you are the Zenith and the Panerai. I'd say the smart choice is the Rolex but get what excites you.
