Well, I have seen the TH Monaco s a belt drive, but never anything like this. Looks like a belt drive.

Wonder if its home made. Such an extraordinary length to go to, if it is home made. Imagination and skill. It would appear to be a little short in the hands department for reading the time though. Perhaps that’s me or the pic that they can’t be seen.

Chain I suspect as it has bicycle pedals in the middle. I don't think that this is a Swiss piece, I suspect that it's a small scale 'gimmick' piece with a quartz movement.

The "belt drive" looks like the minute hand and I'd expect the pedals rotate as the seconds tick.

Right, which really means that the movement could be pretty much any 3 hand centre seconds ever created. Weight of the hands looks too much for mechanical, hence my guess of quartz.

Doesn't look off centre to me. I think that you will find that the 'chain drive' is just a regular minute hand attached at one end.
