suppose this is what Sal means by "black and white Montbrillant" ?
1966 Gen. 2 Chronomat ref. 808 "Panda"; a crab apple & a caffe coretto

That is also gorgeous Fred. But I was referring to this.

Probably the cheapest watch on this forum, but a classic in its own right and by far my most accurate automatic at significantly less then +1 second a day...

Since our office changed dress code, its polo and sport shirts with slacks. Special meetings and court days are different, but non-trial appearances are often telephonic, and most cases settle. In Phoenix, 7 months in polos is frankly about right. Most of my budget is a watch which can look a little small on my bare wrist, its getting less and less wrist time, but on a dress shirt its like nothing I have owned.

With the exception of maybe picking up another cheapie, I've tabled doing anything until January. Still thinking, though.

For a relatively inexpensive watch, the quality of strap on this particular model is just amazing.

Hi Andrew, this is probably my favorite Hamilton. Always wanted it. It's really nice and have a loud wrist presence. Have got many compliments more than my other expensive watches (go figure !).
Cheers
