The Breitling Watch Source Forums

I have an Aerospace which I purchased new from an AD around 1997. Aside from battery replacement and resealing, I have not had any services performed on this watch. I probably wear this watch 3-4 days per month, and rarely, if ever, expose it to severe conditions, such as temperature extremes, vibration, shock or water immersion. The watch has run perfectly since new.

I've been on the Breitling website and reviewed the sections which discuss maintenance and overhaul services, and am a little unclear on the exact procedures that would be performed on an Aerospace. Relative to this watch, does Breitling perform any type of services relative to the movement during either service, aside from battery replacement? It seems that most of the services for an Aerospace would relate to sealing/gaskets, etc.

The watch stills has a running train because it has hands. That will need servicing and lubricating - especially after 15 years.
