Thanks nickzac for the compliment, I did just think it up myself was looking for something different to do with it, my father is a diamond setter but does not work with stainless steel it's a tough metal, so I found a setter in newyork through one of my salesmen. He does great work. I'm getting ready to do my blue face super avenger band next all white diamonds. The blue diamonds don't match the dial good enough to do on the band. And yes I can see what you mean about the super avenger being to big for your wrist, it's borderline for mine.

I could see how the blue diamonds wouldn't quite fit...with the SA's blue you'd need almost a blend between a blue diamond and a sapphire with a little more gray in the mix. I imagine setting that many diamonds in the Pro 2 must be really involved work!...especially given Breitling uses pretty hard steel...

Dial wise its between two

1) black dial numerials with white subdial

) white baton dial

anyone ce to post some pics in these two styles for me ?

I'd partticulary be interested in looking at one with a calf strap leather strap in black :)

IMO the numbers give it a more commanding presence which IIRC is something you noted. If you find one with a leather band (or no band/bracelet at all) you can likely get it for less than one with the Pro 2...also, you can get good aftermarket straps for a lot less than the Breitling models (which are top notch). I've gotten good leather straps from Hirsch for $30, good custom calf straps for $65-100, excellent custom python straps for $120-$150 (killer look and even more so on a white SA), and custom shark for about $175...so that's possible savings for you there and then down the line buy a Pro 2 off the forums (it's a great bracelet and a must have!).

One thing you could do is buy a SOSF, wear it for a few months, and than trade it partially towards a SA (guys are constantly trading models). If you get a SOSF for a good price, you really won't lose much and in some cases you may wind up in the black. In my case, I bought a SF, wore it for a few months, and traded it towards a Blackbird...I didn't lose anything on it.

There's about 355 stones in the band that's not counting the 4 links I take out of it because of my small wrist.
