I love it. First Chronomat I've loved with the in house movement. Isn't it nice to see something new which we like?

I like the watch. The white subdials with the red hands are cool. The only criticism I have is that the B is too close to the center. The dial looks congested in the center.

Whatever happened to Hank?

Evidently he's been forced ever so slightly into the backseat, but he's still managed to stick his deformed fin into the design process with those rubber numbers! I mean, really.......... rubber numbers?!?!?

I'm surprised by the positive comments. Aside from a new rubber strap, I don't see how this watch is any different than the host of other limited editions that Breitling has churned out. A different color hand here and a little rubber there doesn't make for anything new. Just lipstick on a pig.

As for the strap, I've never been a fan of the hershey bar strap. I don't feel the need to make sure that everyone knows, even from a distance, that I'm wearing a Breitling.

For me, the dial is really nicely done as it harks back to the 90's Frecce Tricolori Chronomat, and personally I just like the look of it. I think the colours and design works quite nicely.

The Buck font, and the use of rubber in the numbers, is a definite downer for me, but I still think it's a baby-step in the right direction.

I really like the dial and especially the combination of white subdials on black with red hands.
I think it even looks better than on the original Chronomat LE that I own but that might be due to the novelty factor.
While the Buck font is something we have to live with and perhaps started to tolerate to some extend, the use of the black rubber as an incrust filler ephasizes it even more IMO. If it wasn't for that rubber fill I would just about say PERFECT.
Nevertheless, not bad. So, from me an overall thumbs up.

I saw the images of this new Limited Edition a while ago and it was an instant hit for me.

I love the dial. Not sure about the black rubber filled numerals yet.

Also, is the lume made to looked like it has already got a patina? It looks slightly pink in the images. This will also be interesting to see in the flesh.

That bezel font is never going to grow on me. I find it less offensive now because familiarity breeds indifference, but never see myself buying one - it just seems so dated to me.

agree. although i dont hate the font anymore I just dont love it. my mom has a galactic 36mm with this font and it works ok on that piece. but personally I can not see myself owning a Breitling with this font on the bezel.
