Hi All, I'm new to the forum.
I have been searching on the internet for a push button (pusher) for my Wakmann 71.1311.21 watch; I hit it on the metal door knob of a restaurant few days ago. as you can see that the upper push button is missing and the second hand came out.

I bought it to several repair shops and they don't have the part. do you guys know where can I order the part? if not the authentic one from Wakmann, where can I get a generic one that would fill?

thank you!

On those watches pushers are fluted and not reparable . That is to say that you have to change the complete pusher by a generic pusher with equivalent head diameter . So you might have both pushers changed.

An alternative available here :http://www.watchesulike.com/fr/charles-gigandet/295-boitier-de-chronographe-charles-gigandet-v72c-ref-1315-30-75.html

For 69€ you have a complete NOS case ref . 1315.30.75 which is strictly identical to yours . You can thread your caseback 71.1311.21 and your watch will be renewed . For the second hand it is really easy for a watchmaker to fix it.
