Do you think it is a good idea to send it in to them. How do i go about it? i just dont send it in to them do I? i saw they charge 350 to service it. Do they polish the watch too for that? You all know that i am brand new to this whole watch thing, but i do believe i am developing some kind of love affair with this. JUST dont tell my wife.

A full service includes case refinishing and yes you can send it directly to BUSA in CT, just phone them up and they'll tell you what you need to do and you can get a contact name. There are also quite a few threads here on the topic.

Breitling in Taipei even polished my bracelet when I got my watch serviced in Feb.
You can imagine what it looked like after 11 years of frequent wearing yet it came back looking like new.

yeah i figured 350 isnt bad. This is an investment, so im not worried about sending it.
