Thread also locked, but I can't avoid a final comment.......

I am far from perfect as I will freely admit, but will always attempt to moderate as fairly as I am able and as frequently evidenced I will try to suggest informally to people that they need to temper their behaviour before resorting to formal steps - as mfserge has himself admitted in the past the fact that he is still a member here is proof of that.

Ultimately every member has to take responsibility for the posts they make, blaming my (or anyone else's) moderation style for the nature of an individual's posts may justify it in their own eyes, but it's not my fingers on their keyboards.

This forum has thousands and thousands of members and I try to moderate for all - I am sure that I frequently fail.
