We'll use the Evo, Sorry the Caliber 13, for this one.

I am lucky enough to own it and of course it happens to be my Favourite.

Since I joined this site I have always been a sucker for white/silver dial brown/gold combos

My choice was batons but works equally well with Romans too.

So here mine, what yours. Past, current or future.

I think my ideal is a Blackbird. Black on matte stainless with a matte stainless Pilot bracelet. I like the 'sterile' and 'professional' look.

Among the Evo variants, I would vote for the black dial/brushed BB on Pilot special, as well, but if we're talking an actual Evo, then my vote would be for stainless, black-dial w/Romans, on Pilot. Absolute all-time favorite would be either an a13352 Chronomat, blue or black dial on Pilot, or an a13353 Blackbird.

The bottom line is I like black dials in stainless watches on metal bracelets, brushed preferred, polished acceptable. That's why the 116610LN Sub appeals to me so much.

Among the evos, two stand out for me--gray with black subdials and blue with white subdials on bracelet. Never owned either but liked them a lot. I never saw that model on strap as much as other models for some reason. I 'm still favoring straps on Breitlings these days, but the evo to me was by nature a flashier watch, such that the bracelet seemed right to me.

I won't address the "variants" here unless the OP wants to go in that direction. There are of course some really cool Crosswind Specials, Blackbirds and a Headwind I happen to like a lot.

This is the Breitling that turned me onto Breitlings. By far my favorite Chronomat and after over 20 Breitlings, still the one that has eluded me. I may have to place an order for this one.

My first breitling was a chronomat evolution mother of pearl face with stainless band, I saw my friends crosswind and fell in love, then one of these came the evolution came in my jewelry store second hand and I bought it for $2,000, I'm not a watch dealer but it was exactly what I was looking for so I purchased it with box & papers, kept it for 6 months and fell in love with the size of the super avenger now I have 3 of those. I'm hooked, looking at all black PVD with baton markers possibly next.

Wes - Extra style points for the contrasting stitching on your belt. Another bonus if the belt is also croc.

My sincere apologies, the belt is calf leather.
I do have tan crock boots but no contrasting white stitching :-(
I shall try to rectify this on my next visit to Hong Kong, crock belt and crock boots with matching white stitching shall be on order :-)
