I have the Montbrillant Datora in white (Silver face), the new one is not as nice in my opinion, should have left well alone!

When things are tinkered with too much, they tend to be undermined
after a certain point. The credo of not fixing unbroken things is not
uniformly adhered to by many manufacturers for infinite reasons. If
you're looking for Eden, where all Breitling wrist instruments are pop-
ular, make a sharp left @ the asp in the garden, then follow the rain-
bow to the pot o' gold.

I think the new face looks really nice, but I do miss that red 1/100th circle in the middle, even it was completely useless to me.

Thank you Sir!

I think if all goes well this year, early next year this will be the final piece in my Breitling collection!

Damm, decisions, decisions, the old one is on my list, but now, new or old? old or new? :?

Just looked on website, the dial is not changing, they have just added the new dials as options. Traditional dial is still available.

I wouldn't rely on the website. Breitling announced that Datora was discontinued a couple of years back, but they leave discontinued models on the site all the time that ADs have stock to sell. They may well have brought it back in both variants, or just the redesigned ones but given the apparent impossibility of getting a product announcement from Breitling on the subject we have no idea.

It's probably just like the Chronospace Auto. All you can get if you order @ the factory is the new dial, but the old ones are still on the site, for there are still some at the ADs...
