With a 2 megapixel camera is it possible to get 4x6 prints of a good quality? My digital camera is broken so all I have left is my 2 megapixel camera phone(sony ericcson w810i), if I got pictures printed from that would the quality be any good?

Yes, you should be able to get decent enough family snapshot or "Kodak moment" 4x6 print from a 2 megapixel phone camera but don't expect works of art that would impress David Bailey.
For a start a 2 mpx phone camera will never be as good as a 2 mpx dedicated camera and the same can be said about about 8 or 10 mpx mobile phone cameras these days, they can not be compared with equivalent 8/10 mpx compact never mind a digital SLR of the same resolution.
For a start, due to cost and size constraints the optics in a phone cameras will never be as good as as in a camera that costs the same as the whole phone that also houses digital radio units with software royalties to be be paid to chipset manufacturers like Qualcomm.
Enough of that as I'm now straying into my "9 to 5" job ;-)
I remember even getting great A4 size prints from my first 2 megapixel Olympus Camedia 2000 that I bought in 1999.
Do get a replacement for your broken digital camera however. You can get a decent compact digital camera for less than the cost of a Breitling crock strap these days :-)

:yeahthat

Software is the other half of the digital photo discussion. In-camera processing can do a lot but if you want the best results you need to do your own post-processing.

Whilst the megapixel count is important to good pictures, the lens is the critical element. The lens in a phone will not (usually) be as good as in a camera.

That said, the pics from my SE K800 (2MPix) were excellent and certainly good enough for Facebook etc.

I meant that most photographers need to do post-processing. My shots are all perfect right out of the camera. And if you believe that...

Just a few quick adjustments will help virtually every digital shot. Typically, a little boost of the contrast, maybe a bit of saturation and some sharpening will make a big difference. After that, it gets a bit more involved. It's easy to spend much more time processing than shooting.

(And thanks, by the way.)

Not to be skeptical but first post here for the OP and doesn't mention a thing about Breitling or a watch...

At least it's in the right section and it gave us something to dribble about :-)

I'll be honest I did think the same thing. I'll be keeping an eye out for a web-link of some kind appearing in the signature, but until then, it's a welcome aboard from me to the OP!

Well it's in the right section after I moved it from the gallery.

And yes, the thought crossed my mind too.

EDIT:

OP edited June 2nd to add a bunch of spam links - removed and banned.
