Decided to look up U.S. Auctions LLC to see if it is a real company. It's an actual LLC registered in Connecticut (cell phone number is in CT); the person named on the business card is listed as the company agent, so he's legit in that sense. However, the company was established in November 2010, or 1.5 years ago - not exactly a "long time" watch seller.

I also wonder if there might be some issues with trademark infringement. Despite the fact his actual company name is U.S. Auctions, Kramer is also using the name Swiss Watch Connection on his business card. There is a well-established jeweler in Dana Point, CA, named Swiss Connection, owned by Swiss watchmaker Jean-Jacques Mamie; Mamie might not be too happy with the association.

Find out where in NY, if it's not far from my office I can take a few pics for you - the quality of my ipod is horrible though - but better than nothing.

I've sorting read this thread on my iPhone, but as far as I see it it doesn't look good. If I were to have hesitations about a seller or a watch I wouldn't buy it. Probably why I've only bought once online.

I got it as he sent you some other pictures then requested which would be a huge warning for me and I'd let it go. It's really not worth it.

Good luck anyway!

I am in CT. Where in CT is the company registered?

Edit: New Milford...Not exactly "close" to me...but CT isn't very big, so it's not that far. Far by Northeast standards, where I can be in 10 other states within a 6 hour drive (8 within a 3 hour drive).

Came across this thread and I must say, my feelings are a little hurt guys! The reason I could not send a photo of the actual watch that day was because most of the watches I sell are kept in the Diamond District in NYC and I happened to be in Connecticut until that Monday. I sent "rplace" pictures of the other watches because those were the watches we had sold and I had them with me to ship them. In hindsight maybe this was not the best idea and the fact that we were brand new on ebay did not help either I'm sure. We are great company and try to offer our customers some of the best deals in the business. We have only satisfied customers on LiveAutioneers.com, Ebay, our website, RolexForums.com, and more than 20 years of selling in live auctions in the tri-state area. If you are interested in learning more about us or need a reference or two please contact me and I'd be happy to help you with whatever you need.

Thank you for reading and giving me the opportunity to weigh in on this thread.

As the others have said... walk away :-)

Far better to spend a few extra hundred $$ and buy from a reputable seller and have a hassle free sale rather than save a few hundred, get no watch and then spend months chasing it up.

U.S Auction's goal is offer quality timepieces at extremely fair prices.

Please do not assume something negative about our company if you don't know for sure

Thank you for reading and giving me the opportunity to weigh in on this thread.
