I don't think that makes you shallow. Those are very specific hands - they're not bound to please everybody. I'm still trying to figure out if I like them or not.

So pricing is out for the Black Bay... 2950 CHF on leather strap or 3250 CHF on oyster... and I just did the conversion which comes out to 3167 USD and 3489 USD respectively...

Anyone have ideas on how to get one in the states asap??? I don't think I've been enamored with such a piece since last week...

I like those prices. What about the Pelagos?

Haven't heard anything yet... Got this info off of a watch blog... I'm thinking probably give or take few hundred more Francs... Well under 4k USD... Not too shabby...

I saw a nice Tudor AD in Grand Cayman last month and I think they can ship worldwide.

Whats the story with the movements on these. I know Tudor uses ETA, but these pics make no mention of COSC or anything so im wondering if they are bone stock, or close to it.

Im not too excited overall, but I love the lumed bezel. I wish more watches would feature them.

I really like the Pelagos...42mm, titanium, no date cyclops, and really love the lume on the bezel.

Small waterproof depth for a watch with this name though: Pelagos means Open Sea in Greek.
