I just noted on the breitling website, that they have the new coloured strap to match all the SO colours, and it has no mention of anything at all LE related. Here it is in yellow. I would buy this today if not for the white date wheel. No-pip bezel and lack of brushed finish be damned! Can't wait to see how it looks in real world pics when sharkie gets one!

Nah, i have the one - all black. Can't get beyond the colors...and I tried. Are those straps leather or similar to the Omega PO strap that looks lether but is an amzingly supple rubber?

Like the strap. Hate the watch. The orange looks washed out.

The back of the strap is the same colour as the sides as well:

Are they rubber or leather?

Why O why did they leave the date wheel white. It just kills me. If this keeps up, I am going to have to buy a new Omega POC. But I can't because it's too big! Ahhh I can't win!

Hi, I am new to Breitling. I really like this SuperOcean 42 in limited orange and hope the local AD has one. Two questions:
1. Would the limited edition be more expensive than the normal yellow and by what percentage?
2. Are these limited models engraved eg 1 / 2000?
Thanks for help.

According to the Breitling website, the Abyss LE is more expensive than the Abyss by 150chf (roughly $165).

Not bad but in my opinion as it only comes on a strap option and it is a LE Breitling could have made the clasp a bit more sexy.
Hate to admit it but Rolex did it quite well with their Tudor Fastrider.

That is awful. I would happily take a Ling clasp over this pig any day!
