Has anyone ever seen a photo of a persons watch in the watch gallery, only to find out it was a replica?

The other one that I remember was someone who spent about a week trying to tell everyone that they were wrong and the watch was real and then took the photos down and disappeared.

There are some forum members who have both gens and reps, but They don't talk about reps here.
