listed a super avenger which i bought as a buy it now, heard nothing since not a word, i payed using paypal so should be ok but others may not be as lucky.

just to trusting i think everyones like me, your right of course but im not completely stupid i used paypal and know the ins and outs of there policies, this seller has not met any of them so i will get the money back its just inconvenience, just dont understand what his motive is unless he knows nothing about ebay or paypal, but hey thats life, happy new year to all here.
