Jomashop received a bunch of new inventory over the weekend and are blowing them out, 45-57% off of Breitlings: http://www.jomashop.com/breitling-watch ... watch-deal

There are a few watches, but 90% are Chronomat's. They also received a bunch of Rolex's, Panerai's and Tag's... I'm curious if a store went under.

Some decent discounts...Probably not going out of Biz, just getting rid of dead stock or older inventory. . Most of the watches seem pretty old.

Good point, but I am curious what retailer was sitting on 25-30 Chronomat's! Looks like all the other styles have sold. It will be interesting to see how much more they discount since they just got them in and want them out right away. I've been monitoring the sale and essentially all other models (except for a 49) have sold but only 1 of 30 Chronomat's is gone.

This is no different than what Jomashop does regularly, just like they regularly sell watches that they don't actually have.

No this is different. As I mentioned in my first post, Jomashop got a bunch of inventory last weekend and just started to blow them out on Monday. I called them and ordered and discussed this. Everything in that sale are in stock items and the Chronomat's aren't selling so I bet they will go lower than them holding onto inventory.

Yes, they tell that story a lot......

Yes I know their track record which is why I called when I ordered and I confirmed the story behind this sale myself. Plus I've personally seen 3 purchased with no problem: myself and 2 other co-workers, the most recent one ordered this AM and already shipped with UPS tracking so things are on track unless they're shipping the wrong items. Trust me, I'm not defending them, and am only curious from a business stand point as to how desperate they are to unload them since all they have left now is 30 of the same watch and their business model is to sell and item then source it, not to purchase and hold.

The Chronomat has been around for awhile so you have no idea how old these watches actually are. They could have been bought by whatever AD who sold them numerous price increases ago. I don't recall ever not seeing almost every combination of Chronomat available on a grey market site. You also have to consider the fact the majority of these are two tone models or models with diamonds which don't exactly fly out of an AD's case.
