That's because they are supplied by the regional distributor in each region. Each distributor makes their own decisions about what to order from Breitling.


Since I do not think there is a distributor in Switzerland but that ADs address directly Breitling, that would mean that it's up to each AD.

However, even after my first purchase I got zip (at least, in the US or CDN you're getting a cap through the mail). It's only after sending a xerox of my guarantee to Breitling in Granges that they sent me a cap. To their credit, in 48h.

There is no mailed cap in Canada, they are sent to ADs to distribute.

To their credit, Andrew Michael's did give me a cap when I bought my Airwolf with them (I think they gave my wife a hat too as I also bought an Oceane for her).
