My first thought would be someone has done a little creative engineering on this one but not 100% sure. Has anyone seen one before?

same first (and second) thought, nothing to me looks right for a Breitling here, hands, case, caseback, dial look like those lower end Wakmanns from France.

I'm confident saying that the dials came from the same place, but....

I'm not confident of where that place was.
