I like the easy link. It's a simple 5 mm adjustment. When it is colder or I am less active the shorter position is good and when it's warmer or one is active the 5 mm adjustment is just about right.

Of course the same can be said about the Breitling clasp as the holes are 3mm apart. The difference is several seconds with a push pin or something similar handy versus 2 seconds and no tools for the Rolex clasp. As a practical matter, I only choose between 2 sets of holes on a Breitling clasp. Through in a half link with the Easy Link and it can really be dialed in.

I didn't mean to imply the Easylink was no good. I think it's a good idea, and is certainly more convenient than having to use a pushpin, especially when you're on the go. I was just pointing out that more Rolexes have the Easylink than the Glidelock, which is easy to lose sight of, given how we often talk about the improvements made to the Sub-C. So, if we're inclined to tell Breitling they need to step up to the Glidelock standard, it's worth noting that on most of their watches, Rolex hasn't either.
