i have a breitling watch with the number E61211 battery checked but hands dont work chromo and digital does any ideas

I assume that you mead an early Emergency - e56121.1?

It will need Breitling attention, something is wrong with the running train. It may just be in need of a service, but these need to go to Switzerland for that because of the emergency transmitter.
