It went from the palm of my hand to my inside suit jacket pocket without passing go or collecting $200. The thing is, I don't know if it was intended as a joke or not. I must craft an ambiguous thank you note. Regardless of how hideous it is (and OMG it's worse in person), it was sweet of her to do something in recognition of my effort and time.
