Hello. New to this forum. I just picked up a new Navitimer World but the 30 minute chrono is not working. If I run the chronograph, or clear it, the hand stays parked at the 27 minute mark. All other functions seem to be working as expected. Any suggestions on getting this sub-dial at 12 o'clock functional and what might be the issue? Unless this is something obvious, I intend to return it. Thanks for any perspective you might be able to share.

It will need Breitling servicing so you are probably better off returning it.

i would exchange it for another one, you shouldnt have to send it out if its almost new. go get a new one.

I had the Navitimer World. In the first year it was in for repair 6 times. I loved the look and the watch, but hated that it continually was coming back to me and not fixed. The AD allowed me to return it and exchange.
