ok guys so most of you know as of late i have been very unhappy with the dial size in my collection. just feeling that the choices i made were a bit too large for a guy my size to pull off. The 2 pieces that stood out as too big were the bentley motors t speed and the SA

i think that its pretty obvious (not to me at that time) that these pieces just looked stupid on my wrist. I have now moved my tastes to something that is a little more suitable for me.

and last but not least here is my new family

Yep,
I reckon a much better fit. Your wrist looks about the same size as mine and an Avenger Skyland is the biggest i'd go. I tried on the 46mm SOH and decided it was too big. Once the lugs approach (or hang over!) the edge of the wrist it's time to go smaller. Good choice.

Congrats on making the transition. When I just made my big reconstruction I determined I just didn't want anything larger than 44mm. The SOH didn't wear that badly on me but I was just concerned over the long run.

thanks gents! it took the hard way for me to realize. not quite sure why i got hit with the bigger is better bug but i did. but i do feel more comfortable now. it was a shame since the other 2 lings were just sitting in the boxes. now they will get pulled out and enjoyed, the way they were suppose to be. :lingsrock:

My wrists look almost the same size as yours... I noticed anything over 44 will look a bit odd on mine but then again I'm not into the whole bigger dial either...

Agreed Boogy your new direction looks more in synch with your wrist size. I am fortunate to have fairly large wrists at almost 8" which allows me a broader range of sizes, but I do find I prefer the 40-44 in general. That being said though I love both my Montbrillant LE Legende and my Corum Black Hull which are both in the realm of ~48.

I'm another applaud your change in direction boogie. Those new pieces fit you much better and look great! I'm another that can't wear anything above 44mm. It's great to see your evolution!

np bud its about 7 inches.

@ Tim S thanks man. it took me some matruing and realization that these big watches were just stupid on me. looked like was walking around with a plate on my arm. i do appreciate these pieces that actually fit now.
