The distributor sends them to the AD so just go in and ask for one.

First two purchased OCONUS, hat and other goodies given at time of sale. Third purchased in CONUS and received a hat two weeks later from BUSA. Too bad for me because my official "Ling" count (regarding complimentary gift from BUSA) is ONE.
