I guess I'm a little bit of both. I love wearing watches, I love looking at watches and I don't sell or get rid of any of my watches.

I wear one every day, don't wear a watch in bed or in the shower. I would consider myself more an enthusiast than a collector. I simply enjoy watches very much and like to have a variety to wear, but I don't collect any specific type or theme, nor do I have a vast "collection" of watches, just 5 or 6 at a time.

Hello All!

I Wear A Watch Everyday & Many Times 24/7 With The Exception Of The Shower. However, I Have Tried To Cut Back & Have Begun To Remove Watch From Wrist Before Going To Bed!

I Consider Myself An Enthusiast Due To Lack Of Funds! :poke:

However, If I Could Afford A Theme It Would Most Likely Be An Aviators Theme! (I Like Pilot Watches! )

Cheers,

Enezdez

:yeahthat at the moment unfortunately!

To be honest I think of myself as an enthusiast anyway, irrespective of funds. To me a collector collects things almost for the sake of collecting things, whereas an enthusiast is passionate about something irrespective of the number of "things" they own. I very much put myself in that category.

Enthusiast; I don't have the money to be a proper collector!

For reference, I tend not to wear watches when exercising or working on the computer... Which seems to be all I do these days! So my watches aren't getting the wrist-time they truly deserve, unfortunately.

Absolutely. More often than not, I wear multiple watches every day.

You double wrist it??? You're rollin like a P-I-M-P

That made me laugh. I guess I should have clarified that I don't wear them at the same time. My pimp hand is strong, but not that strong.

I put on my World, TO OR IWC in the morning, then when I get home from work I switch over to the Colt.

Make that the three of us! Well said D8. I'd agree whole-heartedly with your statement.

I wear a watch every day. Feel naked without one.

I can't wear a watch to bed, the shower, swimming or while I am working at my computer (don't want to scratch the pretty Mac book). Apart from that, pretty much all the time. I change watches usually at least once a day too. I figure i want to enjoy all of them!

I'm surprised that so many people wear their watches to bed. I would have thought that would get uncomfortable if you ended up laying on it.

Besides the potential for my own discomfort, I'd be afraid of rolling over and knocking my wife out.

I wear a watch from the time I get up till bedtime, minus the shower. I also wear two a day usually, as I switch from Navi to SOH after work.

I think enthusiast sums up my watch activities best.

No gym, beach, shower, or bed. Any other time a watch is good for me.
