July? And you're UK based too! Dunno what my AD's playing at saying September.

So how are they "in person"? I'm thinking that they look a bit suspicious in pics, but that it could change while handling them...

I'm interested in this too. What's the cost on these Thomas?

To my opinion, the watch wears fine. But I am not thin. I could wear that without problem.

Retailprices including 20% VAT added.

Sorry for being unclear earlier - I was not curious regarding the size, but on how the rubber bezel works out when handling the watch. The pics make me think it's a bit ugly, although with some strange charm on them. If this charm grows on you in person, a Chrono-Matic 49 mm could be interesting.

I'm also curious, as Driver, about the price (as I haven't been visiting my AD for a while). Retail + VAT is only helpful when knowing the retail price... ;)

 Sorry, I missed the earlier post that Thomas made that said -

"Just received my first two Chronomatic 49 in Steel:

I guess you missed that one too, Aleister! Sorry Thomas.

I have to say though, that is pretty steep. With the current exchange rate of around EUR0.80 to 1GBP, that puts the Ocean Racer strapped version at £3944 and the bracelet version at £4112! That's almost Bentley territory.

I have to apologize alongside with Driver there - must have scrolled too fast to see the prices. I'm sorry, Thomas.

Still, I'd like to know how the rubber bezel is.

Actually, I went into some AD's a couple of weeks ago and apparently we were supposed to have the new Bentley GMT here is Australia 6 months ago. I queried this as I said I thought it had just been released, and he said we were supposed to have it here first, but he was still waiting for it to arrive in.
