Not a "hot seller" then or now, but the more I see it, the more the virus infects me, I like it a lot. And all my Breitlings are close to my age or older, time for a younger one.

Roff, going through rather old posts: some time ago you thought about getting one ? Did you ? Do you like it ?

The Spatiographe IMO does combine the classic Breitling look with real innovation, substance over size, but I never "met it" in the real world, so your opinion - and all others - would be appreciated. thanks, WatchFred

Spatiographe is a great watch, and if you are used to vintage then it's delicacy relative to modern pieces (mineral crystal) won't be an issue. It has a totally unique chronograph which really makes it stand out. It is a watch that looks very different based on dial colour and batons vs. romans so take the time to be sure about which one you want.

You're right when you say it wasn't a hot seller then, and it still isn't today, but I've always liked it. The size, and the mineral crystal are the only downers as far as I'm concerned. It's a very cool addition to any Navi collection.

I think it's a great watch... very unique as members say... that 10 minute counter looks like the date...

been on my radar ever since I knew it existed.

thank you all for your feedback. It was not so much a theoretic question, did have my eyes on my "perfect" Spatiographe, Black, Croc strap, all papers, out of France.

But lost the ebay "lottery" in a way that never happened to me - somebody bid the exact same Max Bid earlier than I did, up to the cent. At a sales price of $ 3.492.57 quite a surprise. win some, loose some, waiting for the next.
