Thanks for that link, I like the deployment better than the tang. Will it fit as well as the tang though? I have a stainless band now and they said to size it a little large so that when my wrist swells the watch isn't too tight ... so with the leather, do you have to do that too?


As I have already said the deployant is infinitely adjustable. You can adjust the size in seconds if you need to.
