So I went to my AD today and tried on the Yacht Club again...this time with a JLC dark brown crocodile double stitched strap and it blew me away. It went from a super sporty watch on rubber to a classy dress watch...the transformation is very difficult to describe but it totally sold me on this watch. YC it is without a doubt now!

Here's the strap....oh and this watch is pretty filthy also.

Wow Serge, you should get this so you can wear a JLC while you GTL. :poke:

JLC is far too classy for GLT but it would be perfect for the smooosh room! gotta log off now...it's t-shirt time.

For me, there's no choice in the matter. I was recently at a watch show
in Chicago and tried on a Yacht Club (black dial). My God, it was true love!
I think the Yacht Club might be the most beautiful, elegant watch on the market.
Am I biased? You're damn right. Get the IWC....

That color combo looks great. Their croc strap is beautiful, I like it VERY much. I may need one...is it a short strap or regular length? What's the retail price?

It's a short and it's alligator. Same strap manufacturer that supplies strap for PP, JLC, AP. Very supple. Only $275 my cost. The rubber strap/tang buckle for the Aqautimer costs more. :?:

It would look awesome on a WHITE dial YC too!

I really like the look of your YC with that brown gator strap Shark!! Does the same deploy for the rubber strap work on the gator? It looks like the same one.

That looks great Shark, I love me a brown strap on a black dial. I'm sure that one would look amazing on the white dialed one also.
