Is it hard to see the hands on a silver stratus dial?

This topic seems to pop up a lot. Short answer: It can be. I think sometimes it has a lot more to do with the lay out of the dial and the texture of the dial. Being someone that has all white dials and dont see a watch in my near future not being a white dial I am always glad to give up a bit of readability of the time to get the look I want. Just my 2 cents.

Their are a few watches out there though that I think are too classic to get them in anything but black:Navitimer.
