Just never knew the guys name........I was at the mall and some guys stops me wanting to clean my b-ling so i agreed and he did such a good job i couldn't not buy it, and he looked like the sham wow guy, but it works pretty good and i keep re using it so it never gets used up....I don't know it works for me its pretty simple and it doesn't cost much
