Here is one of my all time favorites. The Montbriljant models are great but this one is even better since the movement was specially adapted for Breitling to display a digital 10 minute counter. Took me quite some time to find the right version, because I really love this oldest model A36030.1 in black. White with gold hands is not my thing and the later black one with roman numbers is just not proparly balanced imho. After a year or so looking I was happy enough to source this one complete with box and paperwork and in great condition. :cheer:

One minor...it came with a generic strap 22/18 with Breitling buckle. So that I quickly changed to a original 20mm deployment buckle with 22/20 black leather with white stiching. MUCH better...dream watch.

Personally prefer the romans, but that's a very nice watch - as you say, an uncommon version.

The Spatiographe is a very under appreciated piece.

I always liked the uniqueness of these. If it was a bit bigger I'd have liked one myself.

Oh and personally I much prefer the batons, so you definitely bought the right one IMO.

Very, very nice example. I love this model and have concidered picking it up a few times, but I have gotten a little too used to the +42mm watches.

Congrats on a great find.
