AFAIK there is no way to tell. There have been 337 votes for individual watches as of this morning (my time) but no way of telling how many people have voted. It could be as few as 7.3 people (if all of them cast a vote for each watch)(46 watches) or as many as 337 if there were only one vote cast per person.

You are correct, no way to tell how many individuals have voted, just total votes cast.
