I purchased a white face Navi World in January, and im a little self consience about this watch. I have small wrists and the white face wears HUGE. I know we live in a world where the bigger the watch the better, or maybe its just in my head.

White dials always wear bigger on navis as the slide rule is the same colour makes the dial look bigger, try. Black one see if it fits better and if so get busa to do a dial swap

I have Mickey Mouse wrists at 6.5" and heres a shot of my world. I don't think it looks too bad. And if it does don't tell me cause I would hate to become self conscious about it. :)

I have a cca. 6.6 inch wrist, and I cannot pull off most watches at or above 44mm case diameter. Watches with virtually no bezel (like Navitimers, Montbrillants) have very large dial, and bright colours make the dial look even bigger. I love the Navitimer World, but I cannot imagine wearing it :(

In the case you have concerns about the 'World, I'm afraid you may be right. Try to trade it in for a smaller Navi or another Breitling below 44mm.

I think it has less to do with wrist measurement and more to do with how quick and much ur forearms thicken up, ps br ur navi world fits u perfectly

BR, that looks great, a perfect fit. :D :D

Geralder, its about what you feel happy with, not what others say about it, the wearing of a Navi, or any Breitling for that matter is not only about the "look" its far more than that. Get it on your wrist and enjoy it.

Thanks guys.
I have noticed that if you wear a larger watch such as the Navi World further down on your wrist (as I like to do) it doesn't seem so large as when you wear it higher up the arm. I think the base of your hand detracts from the size making the watch appear smaller. This is the way I wear all of my watches but I understand that a lot of people don't like the feel of it against the back of the hand.

I think "pulling it off" is all in your state of mind....

It's good to have some level of self awareness about how a watch looks on your wrist but the white face Navitimer World is a beautiful and has a lot of class. If you wear it with that in mind, it won't be a problem. If you don't have the confidence in the piece, just get one that will make you happy.

I'm in the market for a white Navi World too..... :poke:

I got a Navi with 6.75 wrists and pull it off fine. I think the allure of the world is its size and lack of bezel which makes it look larger. I feel that although its size and thickness are impressive, it wears sleeker because of the lugs and wide braclet. Just my opinion...But in the end do what makes you happy

Best,

Mike
