Looking for a Spring Bar tool so I can change our between rubber and steel.....

Is this a good one and will it work on Breitlings, I have heard they are good for Rolex

Check out the search function - there are tons of threads about this recommending discussing the various tools. You will find that the vast majority recommend the Bergeon 6767-F.
