Hi, I have a 2001 chrono colt quartz that by now probably needs a full service/overhaul.

Does anyone know what BUK charges for one of these?

Do you think it is worth it compared to the value of the watch? (does anyone have a rough ballpark figure for that?)

The watch is running OK, but occasionally the chrono dials dont quite move all the way to zero on reset. I can manually move them round to zero by pulling out the crown and pressing the buttons.

It's gonna be in the region of £250-£350 i reckon.

Well worth it if you ask me. :lingsrock:

Thanks for that! If it comes in around that then I think it will be worth it as the watch has sentimental value for me, being the first Breitling I bought for myself! (the first being an xmas gift from me mum!) - I don't think I could be parted from it even though it gets little wrist time with the 6.75 hogging the limelight at the moment!

Cheers for that! I like the sound of £251 a lot better than £351!!!

I just hope the chrono issue can be sorted in this overhaul price.

Either way, it's cheaper than buying a new one :nana:
