Hi,
I have a Breitling Chrono Superocean. I am having difficulty with setting the day and date. When the hour moves past midnight the day moves forward (correctly). However, the date does not move until 3.15. I have read that this could be due to moving the hands backwards between 8 and 3. I am not sure if I did this. Is there any way to fix this or do I need to go to an AD?

Thanks!
Declan

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

If you think that you may have used the quick set date or wound time backwards between 8pm and 3am then you may have damaged some wheels in the movement and there is no way to fix that, it will need to go back to the AD. However the late change isn't automatically an indication of that.

Probably best to get it checked out, especially if under warranty.
