Had this for a while, was always told it was very expensive….. I re-found it. Is this real?

I’ve deduced if it’s real, it’s a Mulliner Tourbillon… also I don’t know much about breitlings.

I did see that, but that’s the newest version of the watch. I believe there are several versions. Could this be an older model. I’ve real milliners with an entirely under surface (Like a car rim).
