Hi, noob to owning a Breitling, though I have collected watches for decades. My wife bought me a pre-owned Flying B a28362 for our anniversary, and I noted a lack of an individual serial number on the back of the case. Should it have a number engraved on it, or is it a fake? Thanks, Chris. |

Well we could do with some much higher res pictures (of the dial side too) to be able to say anything for certain. But yes the serial number is usually below the model number on the Flying B - however, some grey market dealers have been known to remove the serial number in an attempt to protect their sources. You don't see it happening too much these days, but there's probably some out there that still do it. You can upload higher res photos using this method - viewtopic.php?f=3&t=66281 |
