Greetings everyone. I purchased this strap from an ebay auction. It seemed to pass all of the tests I knew to look for when weeding out fakes. It had raised wings logo on the buckle, it says "croco" not "cuir", the "Suisse" seems to be in line with the rest of the script and the way the scales become much smaller toward the bottom of the longer end is different than any fake I have seen before. Most fakes tend to have the same size scales all over the strap.
All that being said, I have been talking myself into not being sure. The engraving on the raised wings logo isn't as crisp as on some others I have seen and their is no alpha-numerical code engraved on the underside as I have seen on some...not all...other tang buckles of this design. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
