Can someone take a look at this and tell me what they think in terms of authenticity. I'm in the market for one of these. Thanks

I'm really no expert but I have a Colt II Chrono white dial/silver subs and this looks identical - apart from the subs of course. I think the fine silver lines on the dial add to its authenticity. Certainly the leather inner case and outer box are the same as I had with mine - bought last year.

Hope this is helpful,

Martin

I'm not aware of a quality fake of this one, looks real to me.

The caseback seems legit. The pearl looks good. The date font seems close. Can anyone else weigh in? Thanks.

Just one other point, have you looked at the chronograph version? It is the only analogue chronograph on the market that you will always be able to read EASILY.

I have an Omega with the same ETA movement. The Chrono Avenger M1 likewise. The full dial is used for both seconds and minute recording. I could never understand why Omega abandoned it. Well I can, they can't justify the high prices of the quartz movement watches.

I have seen at least one passable fake of this model. From memory, the giveaway was the poor bezel engraving, especially on the pearl and 0-10min graduations.

The watch in the eBay listing is real. 100% certain.
