What do you guys think? Lume at 3 o'clock looks off. Gen papers but wrong manual.

Edit; Noticed seller states paperwork for a Chronomat so doesn't legitimise the watch.

Yep definitely fake. That cut off Lume dot at three is a dead giveaway,and the 1 on the 10 & 15 looks like a golf flag.

Someone is clearly out to deceive here

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. Seller has confirmed that the serial number is 2369983 which appears to be the common s/n for the fakes of this model.

Incidentally, during my research I found this on Chrono24 that is a more obvious fake - bad lume dots, wrong date font.
I will let the seller know ..
