The best thing is to look in completed auctions for a fair offer reference.
The seller is claiming "Factory warranty remaining" however the watch is not coming with any papers or box. As such I don't believe Breitling will honour any warranty claims.

I would be VERY Carfeul buying anything from anyone without any box or papers. In fact, personally I wouldn't.

I agree 100% when it's an SO 42. This is an extremely well faked model (almost indistinguishable in fact), so I would never buy one of those from an unknown source without box and papers.
