I know absolutely nothing about modern Breitlings but I can tell you, bad fake.

A Tourbillon (the piece with the hole in the dial) on a Breitling is always a giveaway that its fake.
A real Tourbillon Breitling cost around 100.000 euro, so you won't find that in your attic, basement, or in your grandparents cupboard.
