http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331157736939?

Again one I am doubting about, but I rather just ask for a check-out to be sure that not a fake is being sold as genuine.

It looks like a dial of a Crosswind B13055.
I've searched through this section untill 2012 and I couldn't find a fake of this model.
However when I compare the dial, to dials of other Crosswinds; all the hands are differently shaped and the logo on the big (chrono) second hand, as well as the logo on the dial looks a lot fatter and less refined.
Further more the areas around the lume, seem to have a border around them which is whiter as the white of the dial itself.

Just a messed up Original dial + movement, or is it a fake?

I think this is okay as there are accurate copies of the Crosswind I am aware of.

I think Adrian means "no accurate copies", and those look real to me.

Okay, tnx gents.

Any comments on the origin(ality) of the hands?
Because that made me doubt regarding genuinity in first instance and I couldn't find a Crosswind picture with the same hands.

You are right, hour and minute hands are not from this model.
